Feral Vision (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides photography services, digital photo bundles for purchase, and opportunities for models to collaborate with us. By using this website, purchasing content, or applying to become a model, you agree to these Terms.
 

2. Eligibility
 

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase content or apply as a model.

By submitting an application or making a purchase, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
 

3. Digital Products & Purchases
 

All bundles (photo sets, downloads, or other digital content) are delivered digitally through a secure link.

Once a bundle has been purchased and delivered, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered due to the digital nature of the product.

You may use purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or publication without explicit written permission from Feral Vision is prohibited.
 

4. Model Collaborations & Payments

Models may be invited for one-time paid photoshoots or commission-based collaborations.
Payment terms (flat fee or commission) will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before each photoshoot.
Applying to become a model does not guarantee acceptance. Feral Vision reserves the right to select applicants at its discretion.
​Models will always retain the right to approve or deny the public sharing of their images.
 

5. Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, branding, and content on this site are the property of Feral Vision unless otherwise stated. Models grant Feral Vision limited rights to use their images for marketing, promotion, and sales only after explicit written consent.

Customers purchasing bundles are granted a personal use license only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless a separate agreement is signed.
 

6. Privacy & Data Protection
 

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected (such as email addresses, payment details, or model applications) will be processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
 

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific earnings for models in commission-based collaborations.
